COST CONTROLS
Our costs control staff ensures that projects are properly planned, designed and developed. We function to support organizational functions and business processes. We are committed to managing the impact of change orders and identifying and reporting changes in expected cost for project scope. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. COCG will be tasked with generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to issues.

We will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximize operational goals which includes, earned value management, reporting, process/continuous improvement that will positively impact margins and the control of costs. We review and analyze the effectiveness and management of cost on each project, preform cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed projects to management in making implementation decisions. This includes the review of quotes, or to ensure cost effectiveness.
