Our project managers are seasoned professionals who take the utmost pride in their abilities. We staff each project with a construction manager whose responsibility is to monitor construction progress, maintain safety and quality assurance, compliance with contract design, track the progress of the construction schedule and budget, and evaluate proposed change orders.
COCG professionals ensure that a complete and successful project has been planned, designed, executed, delivered, signed-off, and its future assured with planned maintenance and service structures. The construction management team fully understand construction requirements and regularly verify that construction conforms to the design documents and to the code. Potentially problematical issues are anticipated and thoroughly strategized with multiple flexible options.
